with a few clicks of a mouse. A new online portal,
myHealth, allows you to access your health information
online at any time and from almost anywhere.
myHealth gives you access to your laboratory results,
medications, allergies, demographic information, visit
history, discharge/a ercare information and more. In
addition, parents and health care proxies with authorized
consent can access the records of individuals whose care
they manage.
Enroll online
Enrollment in this online tool is free. Log on to
and click the
myHealth link to get started. You’ll complete an
enrollment questionnaire and then receive your username,
Nonprofit Org.
